This is just a synopsis about my real estate experience, vision and services. . . . First, I have to say, I love this business -- I love to figure out ways to get the very best for all my clients. (It's a personal thing.) . . . For Buyers, my approach is to have a lot of patience and work hard to get the best property for you. . . . Sellers -- I'll help you prep your home, then market it and negotiate for you. Advice is always free. . . . Since I like working directly with my clients, you'll work directly with me -- not an assistant. . . . I have been a Seattle resident for longer than I'd like to admit. . . . And while I'm glad to help you anywhere in Washington -- I do concentrate mostly in the Seattle / King County / Snohomish County areas. . . . I've been doing real estate since 1990, been a broker since 1995, and keep on top of the industry through classwork and day-to-day experience. . . . In Real Estate, what do they say?
